Create new games that aren't in the database#719

This feature should be visible only to the user adding the game, this will allow users to add games of varying titles and images when they cannot find it within the ggapp database.

I don’t have any plans to allow creation of games that aren’t a part of the database. Ideally people would request those games to be added if they can’t be found. The best way to do that is via the Discord server
