Separate Play Status for Multiple Platforms#60

For a game that has had multiple platform releases, it would be great to be able to select a specific platform/version that a user has completed/played.

For example, a user can select that they have ‘Beaten’ Zool on Amiga, ‘Completed’ Zool on Sega Mega Drive, ‘Abandoned’ Zool on Sega Game Gear and ‘Wants to Play’ Zool on Super Nintendo.
