Improve Search Engine#370

It would be great if you improve the search engine, adding a relevance system or something like that. For example, if I search for Kingdom Hearts 3 or Dark Souls 3 it shows irrelevant random games and it is a little bit frustrating, you have to search exactly the name. If you detect failed searchs, and link for example that failed search of Kingdom Hearts 3, with the next search of Kingdom Hearts III, it would be a better search engine.

I would love to search for users as well

Weird. Does this work only on mobile? I used the search on the desktop before sending the message and it didn’t work
