Add more payment options (Paypal, iDeal etc) for GG subscription checkout#282

I wanted to subscribe, but currently only credit cards are accepted, adding a paypal and regional specific way of payment (e.g. in the Netherlands iDeal is commonly used to pay too) would help users go through the subscription phase more easily and without worries nor having to type in their cards.
User experience wise this is demonstrated to boost subscriptions and purchases on all platforms and eshops

You can also pay per AppStore or (maybe) PlayStore

Yes I would say that the payment through appstore/playstore would be great since this platform is available as a mobile app on those stores.

Paying through the Apple App store has been available for a long time. I’ll consider the other options but it’s not that simple.
