Ability to set priority for games in want to play#276

Makes it easier to see/show what games you want to play next vs what’s further down on the backburner

This is in progress as part of the new collection system

@Charles great news! Are you doing something like the Steam ranked wishlist or is it based on tiers?

Is this going to manifest as being able to Order the Backlog? Or something else?
